I had a free 3 months membership that I used to the max, I probably only missed like 10 or so days out those 3 months.
But now I haven't been to the gym in almost a month, I got caught up doing other activities (skateboarding, rock climbing... anything else and whatever sport my friends and I could find).
The one thing I don't like about the gym is the anti-social and insecure atmosphere there, it just isn't that much fun compared to the other activities you could do BUT you don't get the same focused workout doing alternatives which kind of sucks.
I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and I walk to and from work each day which is around 6 miles there and back, so I don't need to go work out.
Props to those of you that work out honestly. I'm more of a "get pumped, get a gym membership, work out once and never go back then blame it on being too busy when I could probably find the time if it was important" kind of chick lol.

3-4 times a week. I do a lot of labor and lifting at work which takes up a good portion of my time.
Usually about 4-6 days a week depending on how sore I am and how fast I can recover.
About once or twice a year. 💪🏻
I don't work out. Strength isn't really needed these days, most work is done on computers
