What's in chocolate? Lots of fat. I like fats :3 and fats are in avocados. I love those so much.

Definitely protein. i'm never satisfied until I get my daily dose of protein. Yesterday I did not get enough protein in my diet so I had some canned soup after my dinner.

I prefer dietary minerals, especially calcium.
