(Any doctors or nurses on here?) what caused her stomach pains?

Hey guys i hope everyone had a great NYE!
Last night my friend had too much to drink and so as the good friend that i am i went with her to the toilet everytime she had to vomit. But i noticed several times while she was throwing up that her eyes were rolling and she was screaming in pain "my stomach hurts so muchhh!"
So i was very worried that something was seriously wrong.
Can somebody tell me what might have caused that pain in her stomach?

I'm thinking that she vomited so much that it got to the point where her stomach remained sick even though there was nothing left to heave. The contracting of tbe muscles and frequency of the vomiting had a lot to do with it. You want to make sure that she does not become too dehydrated because that's lethal and there is the possibility of alcohol poisoning. You may need to take her to the hospital.

Yes i was thinking something like that too.
She feel much better today, she's not feeling sick anymore, so i don't think she'll need to go to a hospital but, I've told her to drink a lot of water

could be alcohol poisoning
Alcohol poisoning signs and symptoms include:

Confusion
Vomiting
Seizures
Slow breathing (less than eight breaths a minute)
Irregular breathing (a gap of more than 10 seconds between breaths)
Blue-tinged skin or pale skin
Low body temperature (hypothermia)
Passing out (unconsciousness) and can't be awakened

Alcohol is bad for the stomach lining. If you have too much of it that causes pains and bloating the next morning.

If she's not use to the alcohol then it could be her stomach rejecting it. Their are many factors that can cause this... She should get checked for alcohol poisoning if it persists.

The sttomach jerks and contracts to empty one's stomach contents. Contractions are quite painful. Plus alcohol damages the stomach lining if consumed in excess.
