I want to satisfy my health life but I'm too lazy to change my style I dunno why there's so many cardio videos out there.
i want to use one video for the full body forever until I save the steps and do it alone without videos
You just need to up the intensity when your body gets used to it. E. g. say if you do press-ups and you can only do 10 at a time, so you 10 press-ups 5 times totaling 50. After a month your body has adapted and now you find those 10 press-ups easy. It's time to either up it to 15 press-ups a time, or to do those 10 press-ups 10 times. And then when that gets easy, you up it to 20 etc.
Thanks for MHO :)
I dont use videos at all but I've been exercising each day for the past week.
I have a goal for 2016 miles in 2016.
It comes down to 5.5 miles a day.
I am working my way up to 7-10 miles a day.
It also depends on your life style of do you mean consumption of food?
you mean walking or running for workout I guess. that's a good reminder I east normal. I walk +3h I don't mean to workout honestly it's just things I used to do to reduce my stress
If you only do cardio, you will need to change it up from time to time because your body will get used to it and you'll plateau.
Try to incorporate some lifting into your routine.

You gotta change it up from time to time, otherwise your body will get used to it, but consistency is good and you gotta keep things fresh and interesting
That's my goal
no. you don't have to change it, but you need to rev up the intensity if you want to get better/more fit. also, it's bad if you workout every day.
Wow that's nice to know. I though it's necessary!!! how many time we suppose to workout? 3 day a week?
3 days is plenty sufficient. 4 is good. after that, it's just unnecessary. part of this was just god gifted me with athleticism, but i used to be an elite runner/jumper many moons ago (made it to nationals in junior olympic track from 11to about 16). i only practiced 3 times a week (mondays, wednesdays and fidays) for an hour and competed on sundays in the spring. when i got to high school, that's when i started getting worse and more injured. we had practice every day and meets on saturdays or during the week. there were a lot of other factors as well, but it was obvious that working out every day isn't that great for you. the problem was that because you had such a short time, practicing every day was necessary for what the coaches needed to get done.
So marathons is risk everyday
I tried this one, and it left me in a drained and satisfied.
Not everyday, only when plateu hits so try changing it every month and do it four times/week. look up fitness blenders on youtube
That's a cool thing. I just wish to make Aerobics without the need to open CD or Laptop.
Yeah that was helpful thank u
Change it up to keep things interesting, fresh and motivating, when you hit plateaus. But other than that, I think there's value in staying consistent.
Not necessarily everyday, but definitely a few different routines per week. Muscle confusion.
How did u saw all my old question by the way lol?
Yes yes yes 🙂
