Beef bone broth?

So I don't cook soups hat require a broth as I didn't know how to make it and was never convinced that store bought is the same.

Like me everyone else I really like Pho but there are only a couple of restaurants that take the care to really do it well. I finally decided to give it a try. My Pho is nowhere near perfect but the broth is just about as amazing as anywhere I've had it biased of course to my pallete.

I used oxtail, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, roasted onion, fish cause, cloves, cinnamon and got just a really nice subtle flavor and perfect texture and smell.

Mother than time and cost does anyone see a benefit to using store packages broth? To me it is the difference between ramen from a box or one from a ramen restaurant.
