How often do you drink soda?

Question

I'll have maybe one can every one or two months, and I don't even finish the entire can. So probably 5-10 twelve oz cans over an entire year. How much do you drink?

I am making a huge effort to cut out soda all together from my diet. Specifically, coke and pepsi. I'm allowing Ginger Ale to remain for now to settle my stomach although I'd rather move on to something healthier like infused water or tea to help do that eventually. If I allow myself any, it's only when I go out to eat (like never) and I'd only allow myself Root Beer, which is gentler on your teeth then Pepsi or Coke.

I think 1-3 cans a month of ginger ale is accurate. I honestly prefer water, coffee, and milk to any other drink.

Really don't see all the hype about soda/fizzy drinks. And I certainly cannot understand how people can drink it every single day. I used to like it but then I sort of just grew out of it and now Im not sugar craving so I don't feel the need to have it at all, in fact I rather have water. Only time I ever drink it is when I mix it with alcohol of some sort or when it comes in cocktails but thats about it.

1-5 per month. i love soda but have been phasing it out due to the terrible content.

i would probably drink more soda if it had natural sugar. the high fructose corn syrup is the worst aspect of soda in my opinion

Whenever I pinch a 12-inch loaf perfectly imbedded with corn kernels that resemble diamond studs, I always celebrate by drinking a can of Dr Pooper. Wouldn't you like to be a pooper too?

I don't drink soda, it doesn't taste that good and it makes me bloated as hell, the closest thing that comes to it is tonic water when I drink gin and tonic and occasionally perrier.

at my most addicted I was drinking up to three 20oz bottles a day, but then as part of a bet, I gave them up for a month. I realized after 3 days of pounding headaches and bad sugar cravings how absolutely messed up I was. I've never had substance abuse problems, but damn, this must be to some small degree what that feels like. Anyway, gave them up and haven't looked back. Now 1 year soda "sober."
