Is 29/30 waist normal size for a man?

I am wondering if my waist size is small !!
I am a football player ( soccer player ) and i also do boxing
I'm 70kg and 176/7cm tall.

It is normal. Mine is even smaller 27-28 inches. Hip size is genetic. Although the majority have large waist sizes more so because of high body fat than hip size

Seems pretty slim. I'm considered on the slender side but my waste size ranges from 30 to 32 depending on the pants, and I'm around the same height.
