I really need to loose weight in a month. I have a prom on March. I wanna be fit. Now I'm 52kg and I want to loose at least to 50kg hopefully 48kg. (I'm short)
Is there any way that I can loose my weight effectively just in a month? I don't care if i regain my weight after the prom but I just want to loose it until that. Thanks

I don't quit anything. In fact, stick with chocolate. Chocolate is proven to psychologically provide a boost in happiness in equivalent to a kiss, and it is also physically proven to relax your muscles and ease your stress. But beware because this includes the muscles that holds down your acid inside of your stomach, and, for those with acid reflux problems, this will increase the severity of the acid reflux for a short period of time (2-4 hours).

Just do small, daily workouts with small in-house weights. Do daily stretches before and after everything physical that you do (even just walking a lot). But, also, most importantly, you need to do Balance Exercises. When doing Balance Exercises, make sure to hold your stomach in (using your stomach muscles, not air flow), as this will prevent injury and cause you to use all of your muscles in your body, simultaneously, in order to prevent falling. This particular set of exercises targets the stomach fat and muscles due to that being the center of your body and balance.

At the bottom of that list are "Abs, Abs, Abs" and that will provide a list of Balancing Exercises. Of course, you could aim for Butt Exercises as that is very popular among women. :)

I don't have so much time for work out but I do that about 10 mins every day and the other exercise is just walking to school. I eat 3 meals and grab some chocolate fruits or cookies occasionally. I know I have to stop

Lunch: Some rice and meet and vegetables

Dinner: Lunch ✖︎1.5 plus I eat dessert

Keep breakfast the same.

Lunch the same, easy on the rice, up the meat if you're hungry.

Dinner, drop the rice, up the vegetables, desert once a week.

Snacks: fruits yes, a few nuts yes, 75% cocoa or higher dark chocolate squares okay, no more cookies.

If you can carve out more exercise time, it would help.

We could go more extreme, but i don't think you need to to meet your goals, easier to make smaller changes you can stick with.

If you find it hard to make lunch without being hungry by the way, add another egg And if you're starving mid afternoon, may want to eat more lean protein at lunch.

Eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and a light dinner. Don't eat after 7 pm and chew your food thoroughly. If you feel hungry, drink water and wait about thirty minutes to see if you still feel hungry or not. Make sure to eat your fiber and protein and stay away from candy and such.

Also, try HIIT. It actually worked for me. Look up exercising videos and try something new every few days.

Don't drink sodas and eat junk food (even chocolate).
Work out.
You should lose 2kgs in less than a month.
I'm not even working out, just eating healthy and lost 2kgs in less than a week.

It takes a bit of a life change... you have to become more active and not eat crap food! Reduce your caloric intake and keep to the regiment.

It is mostly a change in attitude! If you stay the course and do the above you should shed any unwanted poundage or kilogramage, if you prefer!

Eat healthy and workout. Thats literally it. No magic diets or pills. It's pretty easy. Get off the couch and don't eat junk food.
