I have one as of now and its been hurting for an hour an a half.

First, hydrate yourself and drink water. If you need to know how much you should drink for your body, divide your weight in half and drink that number in oz. After, get off the internet and turn off your device. Next, take a nap if you have time. 45 min is good. If not, give your eyes a break. Then go for a walk, being outside in fresh air helps.

i always drink water because dehydration may be the cause if it's pounding. i also eat food because food always makes me feel better
