Have you ever gotten a headache from mental stress?

Little girl you'll have seen very little, in my line of work stress takes a whole new meaning, I've had guys get heart attacks, and others have just fainted, and they were just beside me, like 2 feet away. But what's more strange is I was concentrating so hard on both occasions the Emergency came gave the guy oxygen, took the guy on a stretcher to an ambulance and to the emergency. By evening, I asked , hey where's this dude? It was then that the guys told me what had happened and that I was too engrossed in my work. Of cause I did not believe them, till they said, here see the emergency guys forgot this oxygen cylinder, they are coming to collect it tomorrow. It was then that I believed them, that this in fact, had happened beside me and I felt little stupid.
But in my line of work, it's known for it's stress, the most stress than in any human situation. I've had many guys commit suicide. I mean it's a known fact that we go through more stress than even the president. If its not suicide, its a heart attack or something. In fact my dear friend passed a week back and I am going for his funeral on Thursday. He was 44 and died of kidney failure. Was over weight and drank too much. But that is pressure, pressure where you feel you can't breath, and the headaches are migraines not headaches. But I just love my work, in fact I nearly like it better than sex. All my gals tell me, I don't need a girl, I am already married to my work. In a way that's true, and I will never retire, I will die on my desk. But stress is a bitch, I've nearly seen men go grey in weeks, like over night. Stress where the body just folds. The main thing is you can't sleep and you cannot eat, loose sex-drive it's a physical thing , like you can cut it with a knife. And if you can't switch off when you leave the office,,,,,, it's gonna get you. Guess no rest for the wicked.

I get them all the time. Whenever you're stressed out, your body releases a chemical to lower it, but if you have too much stress, it can through the chemicals off balance, and headaches are one of the side effects. Yeah, I'm a reader, lol.

The way to prevent this from happening is to stay away from stressful situations. They can cause other health issues also. I never used to have high blood pressure, then one day it went above 200.

Music is a good stress reliever and will help rid the headaches, or meditation.

I was born with an unusually large head so the only time I get head aches is when I eat frozen food or drinks too fast.
