I used to get them a lot when I was young but not in a long time. I would try a how compress on your head, Alieve pain killer, or pinch the area between your nose and your lips hard so it hurts. I have never tried the last one but it is an old home remedy.

Have you hit your head at all or bumped it recently? You may have a concussion you aren't aware of. If so, get to the doctor right away. Being nauseous along with having a bad headache that has gotten worse is a sign. If you didn't bump your head, you need to see a doctor anyway, pronto. Good luck with whatever it is.
I drink water, i warm up a wheat pillow and put it on my neck
And i take a TREO (swedish product) that has acetylsalicylic acid in it and caffeine and this combo works as a painkiller
I’ve found that BC powders work the best. They work with very high speed because they’re in powder form and don’t have to be broken down by the body before they start working.
Second choice is either ibuprofen/naproxen or Tylenol, depending on what type of headache it is. Tylenol is usually effective, but if muscle pain, such as tight shoulders, is contributing to the headache, an NSAID like ibuprofen or naproxen is best.I rarely get them.
When I have the few times I recall... I nap/rest/sleep. Goes away after.
I think drinking 8 glasses of water daily helps.Depends on where the pain is, you're nauseous so that in my experience is more of a migraine. When I get those I typically turn everything off and lay down for awhile, even just sitting back and closing your eyes can help. Better to start that process when you first notice the pain starting. If you get those a lot I'd suggest getting your eyes checked, you may have light sensitivity.
I take ibuprofen, eat something healthy and drink a full glass of water (in case the headache was caused by hunger or dehydration), then I turn off all the lights, put a cold facecloth on my forehead, play some very quiet piano music (the kind intended for meditation), and I take a nap.
I get migraines from time to time, and they suck, but they are a nice reminder to take care of myself. And it's nice to pamper myself every once in a while.Get off lit objects (phone, tv, computer).
Can’t take pain meds myself.
Ginger tablet for nausea.
Hot or cold washcloth on forehead (whichever feels best).
Smart water is best.
Bucket.
Cool/dark room. Lay down.
I’ve had endless migraines since 21 when my friends car was rear-ended. I start this process when they are still headaches. Sometimes I avoid the migraine.
Hope yours has passed by now.My brother from another mother if I told someone I have a headache they would tell me I didn’t think you had the required equipment for that one. On the other hand you have a headache & you feel nauseous so I would start with water & hydrated yourself & take a break on caffeine for the time being.
usually people who have headaches due to lack of sleep or irregular rest.
so take medicine (for headache) and go to sleep and turn off your phone / tv (just to prevent radiation). for me it worked.
hope you get well soon and come back healthy 🙂Drink lots of water, take a pain med and close my eyes and try to tune out loud noises because the light and sound makes it worse
Alao remember that it depends from where your headache come...
It can be psychological or physical...- u
most of my headaches are just mild so... I just ignore them and keep going... lol
When I used to get sick I'd do this.
1. Drink water
2. Get sunlight
3. Tell myself that illness is a choice and that I choose only to believe in my body feeling good.
4. Hike
5. Eat raw garlicI'm the queen of headaches. I get them a few times a month at least. For me, ibuprofen usually kicks it for me. If not, Excedrin Migraine is the big gun that I'll call in.
I'll also put and ice pack on my head if it is really bad.I take excedrine migraine. That works the best for me
I get off of screens, take and ibuprofen and sit in the dark.
I get Botox injections for mine. Should see a neurologist and see if you’re eligible
I tend to get tension headaches. So I use an ice pack. I go take a Tylenol. Then go lay down with all lights off and I put the ice pack at the point of pain. Usually take a nap. I don’t have to sleep long and then I’m good to go.
I don’t usually have headaches but I suffer from migraines. Stay hydrated helps me prevent migraines but when I have one I have to take a strong pain killer and stay in the dark for some time.
rest. after effects of the shot?
