I’m 22 years old and have suffered with these headaches since I was 15. These headaches have lead me becoming depressed to the point where I had to go to inpatient care. I’ve been to numerous therapists and doctors who have told me the same bullshit like “just ignore it” “it’s a chemical imbalance” “just take a shit ton of medications it will help” or just ignoring me. Medications made me concentrate better, but they didn’t remove the headaches. I’ve asked my psychiatrist that but he would always say “well the medications are supposed to treat headaches.” Yeah no shit but they clearly aren’t if I’m telling you this. I’m still suffering with these head aches that make me feel like a zombie like make me forget shit easily, sensitivity to light, and just make things hard for me. I’ve mentioned to them how there were certain periods where my mind literally felt clear but only for 3 mins. They just gave me a strange look and as I was gonna tell them more they change the entire subject. I don’t even know who to go at this point. Why do I have these headaches? I just feel so lost.
Sorry to hear that. I hope you find something that works. I’m sure my headaches are nowhere near the level of yours but the only thing I can do is tell you what works for me.
For medications, BC powder is my favorite. It works very fast and even gives energy because it has caffeine in it. If the headache just won’t go away for several days, I sometimes take a hydrocodone. That works really well also. Flexeril is a good supplement. It’s a muscle relaxer and can help relieve some of the tension around the neck and shoulders.
This one’s a bit odd, but I’ve found that cooling down my body helps a whole lot when I have a headache. Like removing clothes or turning on a fan or air conditioner.
You’ve probably tried most of these, but I just thought I’d list them in case you haven’t. I hope you feel better.

Some things that might help are omega 3 foods or medicinal mushrooms like lions mane. Buy them on Amazon and see if they work.
I used to suffer from electromagnetic hypersensitivity, but it was because I lived in a mobile home that has tin walls, tin, under the floor, and a tin roof. Within that home I had a lot of electronics and cell phones, electric heaters going etc. and I always had headaches. Once I moved into a normal house and away from the electric heaters I started to feel better.
I haven't had a headache since I started making my own food as a teenager. Not one single headache, since I was like 14, all because I got obsessed with health and diet. Another common cause is electromagnetic radiation, if you live near a tower. Then try grounding yourself electrically while you sleep...
