I have strep throat any tips?

basically a bacteria decides that my throat would be a nice home. I am on antibiotics right now. I just want to stay in my room, eat, sleep, and take my medicine. But of course my brother is coming home for the weekend and he is bringing someone he made friends with on the basketball team. My mom has been wanting me to do chores around the house but that is annoying because I am extremely contagious and when someone else gets sick, they will blame me but I hope constantly washing my hands works. Any tips on how to treat it or what to eat? I can't eat anything with dairy because dairy is a big no-no when you have a sore throat.

Strep can be highly contagious. So get bleach mixed with water equal parts and disinfect your door knows handles whatever you touch not clothes. Then drink lots of water and tea green tea. Let your body fight the infection so eat lots of greens like kale cabbage healthy veggies. Drink coconut milk it has antiviral and antibacterial properties. Wash your hands for a minute get timer and time yourself

Get some hot tea with honey, that helps a lot. And if all else fails drink some warm chicken broth or eat some chicken noodle soup.

Try a saltwater gargle, hot soup , tea, or cloraseptic spray it will numb your throat

I had strep twice last year, haha. I basically ate whatever I could get down. I had zero appetite.

When I was a kid I got strep pretty regularly. I would always drink a big smoothie since it was basically the only thing I could swallow. Plus, the coldness of it would help soothe my throat.
