Panic disorder and help?

I have friend who has panic disorder 15 years. It appeared after certain military activity and he is still suffering with it. He tryied everything possible what is offering modern medicine. Does anybody any suggestion?

Do you know what specifically? There are tons of things it could be, from anxiety to PTSD.

I'm not doctor, but I'm pretty well versed in PTSD. I suffered from a traumatic experience when I was younger, and used alcohol and drugs as a coping mechanism for several years. I never fully allowed myself to heal, and once I got clean things really hit me. They had been building up for years and years with no healthy outlet, and it was completely overwhelming. My anxiety levels spiked to unmanageable levels, and very few things helped.

Since I'm a girl it could be different, but crying actually did help. It was horrible at the time, but after a bit it felt better to let all that hurt out and start to let go. Pets are proven to be excellent companions for people with PTSD, and if all else failed sitting quietly with my pets, or even talking to them helped to make me feel a bit more grounded.

And while it's horrible for your health, as a former smoker, sometimes have an occasional cigarette helps calm me down when I feel like the world is closing in.

I've tried it... Im feeling like drunk. But yes, it can help. But I have breath problems.. I've tried the weakest one ( Im in Nederlands)

Do they have edible marijuana there? If not there are plenty of recipes online that can help you extract the useful compounds without having to use inhalation. They also make vaporizors although I'm not sure they work for the CBD compounds that are most beneficial.

Canna-butter is probably the easiest and most versatile way. You have to give up one of your pots to that use exclusively but it's worth it in my opinion.

Get some MJ in your system and then tell me that lol... Nobody wants to die when they're feeling that good.

I've got MJ but nothing happened. ( For all the others - I can have it legally cos Im in Netherlands. In this country its legal.)
I had the same effect when Im smoking cigarette.
