That'd be terrible.
I had a stroke when I was a baby due to a clot in my brain. I'm very blessed to have made a full recovery from that. I can't imagine if it'd have turned out differently. I'm blessed to have had it happen when I was 11 days old so the rest of my brain could pick up the slack of the part that was destroyed by the clot (one quarter of my brain is smaller than the other ones). I don't know what I'd do if it had turned out differently.

Ok joking aside I'd find a way I don't know how exactly but I'd still find a way to communicate with people I mean Steven Hawkins found a way I could to.
In conversations or everyday life for me I have social anxiety so really I can't talk to people... heck I don't even truly understand many things to do with emotions, social groups or social etiquette.
