Was what I ate today good if I want to lose weight?

2 bowls Kashi Go Lean cereal (i couldnt resist a second I was so hungry when I woke up)
3 green tea with lemon throughout the day
apple with cinnamon
clementine
avocado
non fat Chobani greek yogurt
coconut water
baby carrots
steamed broccoli
apple cider vinegar with cayenne
chamomile tea

And I didn't work out today. I just did 100 squats and some ab workouts on commercials while watching TV.
