How many times do you eat fish?

I normally eat at least SOME fish on the daily.
The kind I eat most often is swai. Super lean, almost all protein, perfect for any fitness program.
Shrimp once or twice a week, salmon about once a week (unless I'm trying to cut weight), and then various and sundry treats from my local Japanese and Chinese grocery stores.
I LOVE crawdads (AKA crawfish/crayfish). When we lived in Houston I ate 'em err-damn-day. But they're hard to find fresh here in California, so I don't eat them as often as I'd want to. (Also, like other crustaceans, it takes a fair amount of active effort to eat them -- and I like food that's convenient and fast.) Crawdads are also a weirdly perfect fitness-freak food -- and, unlike most fitness-freak protein foods, they're actually super cheap.
Yeah, technically those aren't fish... but still.
I have fish once a week :)

Haha super sweet gif!
No problem beauty xxx
Quite often but probably the wrong kind. It's usually deep-fried and crumbed or battered fish you get with fish and chips or smoked salmon.
Occasionally I'll go to the fish shop and get proper fish or salmon steaks but I prefer salmon fillets. That would be about once every couple of months on average.
every Tuesday.

Like.. at least once every week? xD
Fish is friggin' awesooome!!!
good :)
Rarely. I can't really afford to eat it. The inexpensive varieties are not at all healthy.
you are right :/
Swai is cheap, and it's practically a superfood -- it's almost pure protein (low fat), and it has a good omega-3/6 profile, too.
If you live anywhere near a Trader Joe's, they have swai fillets in the frozen section for pretty cheap. Good, easy to cook, versatile.
If you don't live near a Trader Joe's (where the hell you live son?), then, see if yr local grocery store has, or can get, swai fillets.
If you are in a decently big city that has a Chinatown, then you can get all the different cold-water fish -- including the kinds that are usually expensive -- for cheap, although you are taking the usual risks that you always take by buying fresh food from Chinatown.
I love fish, but I avoid eating it.
My small part in helping the oceans recover.
That is sweet of you but the problem is big Factories, pollution etc.
I rarely eat seafood. Not my thing. I do love crab rangoons, and breaded, fried shrimp once in a while, though.
Once or twice a year and only tuna. I don't like sea food. Wish I did, but I can't stand the smell or idea of it.
twice a day depending on if I worked out or not. Usually tuna after the gym, and salmon in the evening.
Very rarely. Maybe if I'm out at a nice restaurant and they have salmon, I'll eat it.
It depends on the time of year. In the summer with fresh fish being more abundant I eat fish once a week. In winter maybe once a month.
I eat fish once ever two weeks. I usually only eat cod because it isn't super fishy, but it gets boring since I only like it cooked a couple of ways.
Probably once a week most of the year, at least once a day during the summer.
I only have fish like once a month, if that. It's kind of pricey here.
Only when I mistake fish sticks for chicken fingers.
Once a month. And despite what most people say about fish it's actually pretty good
I eat salmon once a week or so.
cool :)
I try to eat fish as often as I can but since my environment got messed up I'm luck if I eat anything at all these days.
Probably 3 sometimes 4
