I'm 5'1 and 170 pounds. I'm fat. I have a chubby face. I used to be 120 before I had a kid, and even then I had dimples, and I hate them cause I thought that I looked fatter when they showed.

I wish you posted a picture, cause then I could point out if the "fat" on your face is either really fat, or dimples. But no matter what it is, you have to love yourself and accept your features, and no, you're not fat.

People don't really know what that looks like. They see a number less than 120 and think that's skinny, and if it's less than 100 you're automatically skin and bones. -.-

Anyway, 98lbs at your height is just fine - maybe the starting point of underweight, but only probably by like 0.2 on the BMI. Don't lose any more weight. If you want to lose more fats, then gain some muscles too to balance it out.

You are nowhere near fat. I'm only 5'3" and weigh 120 lbs and whenever anyone comments on my size its to wonder how/why I'm so skinny/small. If you feel like you look fat, worry less about the number on the scale and start building a bit of muscle. It will transform your body and bring you to a healthier place both mentally and physically.

Sounds fine I'm only 110lbs at 5'4" and I'm pretty thin (a. k. a healthy) I imagine your also like that It's pretty crazy to say your fat I don't know how you could think that it's mental, if anything your underweight which your BMI says (although that isn't the best way for healthy). this is someone who's 5'2" and 98lbs and this isn't fat:

If you want to lose more weight then just lose some fat but increase muscle mass you'll look less since muscle weighs more than fat and you'll be fitter and being toned looks really good.

Bmi has been widely discredited as an effective measure...98 pounds could be perfectly healthy it is hard to tell without knowing body composition

Who are you to determine what someone is suffering from? Are you a medical professional who specializes in this area?

I'm not saying whether they are underweight, unhealthy or otherwise I'm simply saying that those height weight numbers don't necessarily mean that and you basic it off of bmi is not a true measure because it simply considers height weight... marathon runners would probably be considered underweight there in most instances but are quite healthy... body builders would often be considered obese but again are quite healthy
