Just remember that every woman carries her weight differently, and that muscle weighs almost twice as much as fat due to being higher in density. No. That is average. Also you can't really just Give your height and weight and know if you're overweight or not because health depends on each person differently. You could be 100 pounds but for you that could be under/overweight. Just be concerned with your diet and being in shape and you'll be fine
