Don’t worry if you are ever truly overweight or anything, you might carry your weight nicely and have big curves which are perfection. In fact you might be pretty thin rn, lol.
No, not even close. My friend is 5'5 and 130 lbs, yet she doesn't look fat at all or close to it. Keep in mind she doesn't workout at all, so it's not a matter of it being mostly muscle.
Depending on your body fat percentage 130 at 5’7 is just fine.

That's not unusual, I guess. As you said that you 'gained' compared with earlier... just keep an eye on the 'tendency' - if it continues to go up, there's enough time to respond to it.
