Trending & News It's not as much about your ideal body weight, or your BMI your age or anything like that, because you can be large boned, petite framed or many other things.
It's more about what YOU feel looks right and feels right, don't worry too much about your weight, just try to eat right and have a regular exercise regiment. I was over-weight in middle school through high school, I had a Nutrition class and learned a lot, I'd suggest that and to just feel comfortable and happy with yourself, it helps everything else in life follow.

no it's normal weight. you are probably thin at that weight. don't listen to people who expect all women to weight 99 pounds. 130 is healthy and normal, you're probably thin-normal weight. now if you were like 150+ depending on body composition you'd be getting into chubby territory but you don't have to worry about your weight at all
if you enter it in a BMI calculator online, then see if that works out to be in a healthy range, that will help you out. just enter 'BMI calculator which means body mass index calculator' and then you'll see your answer.
That describes me! No that's not chubby. The average for our height is supposedly 135, so you are on the skinny side.
Depends how you carry the weight, but that's a perfectly healthy weight so I'd venture to say no.

usually you want to be 100 pounds for every 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch after that. being 130 at 5'5'' is great! perfect!
