5/6 day's a week for an hour to an hour and a half. But after I came back from my last vacay I've been slacking, but I'm picking back up today and I feel like new again. I've always ate somewhat healthy I just had an over eating problem when I was bored. I I mix the workout up with cardio and strength training. I can't just work, work, work, work, work, work*Rihanna voice* on losing the fat without toning up esp on "Dat Ass" lol. I do it for health reason's (back pain's && sleep apnea) and to lose some flab, but not to do anything extreme. I dropped 40 lbs so far and I want to lose 40more.

My current workout regimen has me working out 6 days a week. Workouts are short but pretty intense. Starting next week however I'm going to be following a program that ramps up the intensity and on my has me following high intensity circuit workouts 3 days a week using kettlebells and sandbags as well as bodyweight training.

I'm not fittest or strongest guy but I get a hard sweat breaking workout in at least 3 times a week. I'll do light exercises almost everyday before bed (simple stuff like 3 sets of 20 pushups). I also do jujutsu classes once or twice a week which run about an hour and a half, and is great physical exercise.
i don't workout. But i run almost everyday and play professional Soccer 2-3 times a day
My heavy workout day is Saturday. I work out for 3 hours non-stop.
During the week, I just do "maintenance" exercises that can be done in my office.I used to workout every other day. Ever since the momentum died down, I'm never even able to bring myself to workout, like at all. The last time I worked out was like, 6 months ago? 😝😝
No less than four days a week and no more than six. I think I usually get five in on an average week.
Not nearly enough. I try to go every day but between my terminal case of laziness and my crappy ass gym it's hard to get out there.

I tend to do HIIT core workouts four times a week, and run 5.2 miles at least twice a week.
I do some form of workout everyday. Walking, go up and down the stairs. Just to keep the body fit.
Two times a week in general. And I make 10 to 12 000 steps on a normal day.
I only go to the gym for an hour twice a week. If I didn't have a busy weekly schedule then I would probably go more often.

pther than that I try to go for a walk the rest of the days4-5 days a week usually depending on my work schedule.

I don't give a shit about workout... I don't wanna mess around wid constant health-freaks...
6 days of working out hard can be really taxing on the body, and could lead to injuries so I wouldn't recommend it. Personally 5 is plenty for me, Monday-Friday.
Depends on what counts, I do actual structured exercise 3-4 times a week.
