There isn't really a lot you can do about how you look, people all gain weight differently, and shy of being malnourished or obese because of some kind of eating disorder the way that people look is kind of how it is. For women this is mostly because our genetics dictates where and how we store fat on our bodies. Overall I would recommend doing and sticking with what makes you feel healthy over being any particular body type. We can't be something we're not.

You cannot control where your fat goes too. you may just end up gaining in your stomach, and be left with skinny legs and no hips , you won't be thick. If you want to be thick lift weights if you want to be curvy it's all genetics, and since your not curvy now weight gain won't help. so to get thick lift weights
Ensure isn't a weight gainer, it's a vitamin enriched drink for older people. You would need weight gainer from GNC/ a gym/sports store. It usually is a whey based drink that has enough portein/calories to pack on muscle/weight.
It's simply a matter of eating more than what your body uses as nutrients and hoping and praying the fat gathers in a way that leaves you curvy.

Lift weights that's the only way to be thicker being that you have a high metabolism pretty sure you eat a lot. Lift and have lots of protein.
Just eat more, i would say eat more grilled cheeses and PB&J's, also make your food proportions a little bigger.
PBJ's or get an actual weight gainer, which has like 250 calories per scoop. Don't eat brown rice or bread as they stuff you up faster.
All the dudes are going to suggest powders/weight gainers etc.
The best weight gainer is, food. Lift heavy and eat dense, wholesome, quality foodExercise, muscle will make you like that.
