Aside from genetics, do squats 3 sets of 8-12, deadlifts at a lower rep range 5-8 , alternate rep ranges every few weeks, progressively add weight, be in a caloric surplus so you will build the muscle, do accessory exercises as well as these, goblet squats, lunges, glute raises etc

A good diet, work out your lower body, back, core. Pretty sure cardio is a good supplement.
Her ass is fake. Look at her thighs then glutes then the way she's standing. If her butt is real then she's manipulating the angle and probably even using a bit of editing.
This looks like a fit girl who’s naturally curvy, one of my fave body types!

That's just her natural genetics. You can't really get that if you aren't naturally built that way. All you can do is be in good physical shape. Exercise, a little weight lifting and eat relatively healthy most of the time. The thickness and curviness in certain spots is just her natural genetic build.
I agree. But workouts help a lot with weight lifting nowadays. Luckily I'm quite curvy naturally as well so we shall see

People can claim that workouts will lead to that body type but it’s total BS. That’s not muscle. That’s not where muscle sits. Large glutes, quads hamstrings do not have that shape.
I’m not saying eww she’s fat and looks bad.
I’m saying she looks like that through mainly genetics.
Also that body type is almost impossible when older no matter what your genes.
Which is you know fine. She looks great. There are other body types that also look great.
I agree genes are a big part of it but weight lifting helps build muscles in the right areas. Sure no muscles are going to make your waist smaller, that's genetics. They can only help tone it. But building up muscles around glutes and thighs is very possible for majority of women.
Be slim. Get a personal trainer to make you thick.
Either be born with those genes or wear padded underwear.
