It depends if it's acne like this:

(very shallow, sometimes has a white or black head and is randomly on your face)
Or like this:

(deep acne under the skin)
Also what kind of skin type you have. Do you have a more dry to normal skin or a greasy one?
For the first kind of acne I would recommend benzoyl peroxide gel. If I'm right you can buy it online or at a drugstore. I use it myself since I also have some acne and other products make my skin irritated and dry since I already have a dry to normal skin.
For the other type of acne with a greasy skin I would recommend going to your doctor and get prescripted for vitamin A gels. I've used it one time. It was called differin gel and my skin got really red and flakey, but it works for a lot of people.
You should try out what works for you. Use some real products and not things like raw potato and stuff because they don't work. There are a lot of things on the market which are just fake.

It could just be genetics or hormonal if nothing works. I have acne even though i take super good care of my skin and " do all the right things " it's frustrating but sometime's you just have to wait it out until it goes away as you get older. If it get's so bad that it's impacting your emotional health though ( if you're crying about your face etc. ) PLEASE, go to the dermatologist!
You are a teen, it is quite normal to have acne based on your skin condition.
If you think you have an abnormal amount of acne then it might be worth consulting a dermatologist and possibly a gynecologist.
Hormonal imbalances, infections and certain conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome can cause pretty severe acne at times and will require medical attention rather than just skin care products.
See a doctor if it becomes a problem. Sometimes a course of antibiotics will clear it up, or at least control it.

I was having the same problem except I was getting them on my chin. Huge Acne bumps EVERYWHERE. It was embarrassing.
I started reading online and found out other factors about what could be causing it through Chinese face mapping. So I started eating healthier, drinking more water, implementing more fiber in my diet. Also (this helped alot) mixing water and a little bit of Apple cider vinegar on a cotton pad and wiping my face with it in the morning and night. Hope it helps!Join swim team, the end
