Hey, there are no muscles in breasts, they're made up of fat, glandular tissue and supporting ligaments. So you can't exercise them as you could muscle - but you can help to minimise/reduce sagging by strengthening the supporting ligaments. It would be useful to know your size and how bad any sagging is - it's perfectly possible what you see as sagging is either not sagging at all, just the natural shape of natural breasts - women are waaaay too self-critical in this regard! Whatever the case though, like any ligaments in the body, those which support the breasts will tend to atrophy (weaken) if not required to work. If you always wear a bra those ligaments never have to work, so will be weak. The way to strenthen them is to minimise the time you wear a bra, so the weight and movement of the breasts causes them to work and so strengthen. The harder you can work them, the stronger they'll become and the better they'll resist sagging.

It's worth reiterating that you probably do see far more of an issue than there really is - even if they do sag a bit I promise you it's not a big deal and doesn't mean they can't still be attractive and sexy. However - if sagging does bother you, just make sure you work their natural support as hard as you can and you'll achieve your best possible shape. Best of luck! :)

Hey, yes - I'm not saying never wear one, that's probably not practical for work for example! But wearing one only when you really need to will help. There are lots of things you can do to reduce the time your natural support is doing nothing - for example when no bra is not an option, a bralette may be a good and very cute alternative, without giving too much support. And my ex (who's the reason I know these things!) chooses to exercise without a bra a couple of times a week to give the natural support a harder workout - and she's in fantastic shape. What works for you will depend on your size, lifestyle and personal preferences, but certainly maintaining the best possible natural support is the way to achieve and maintain your best possible shape. :)

Hey, that won't make a difference one way or the other I don't think - when you're laying down gravity is not 'pulling' on your chest as it does when standing, so not wearing one will not increase the work done by the supporting ligaments, it will make no difference. To work the natural support harder you need gravity to be able to act on your chest in its normal orientation - which is why time without a bra while you're up and about helps, and why exercise without one works them even harder. That said - wearing a bra at night is pointless anyway - I don't know any girl who does that, I'm told it's uncomfortable and it will certainly wear out your bras quicker - I'd definitely recommend not to wear one, regardless of whether it helps sagging or not! :)

Boobs are made of fat so you can't really make them firmer through exercise but you can massage them. You can however exercise your chest muscles. Pushups with wide grip and dumbbell chest flyes are good. You can also do bench press and use the flye machine.

You can exercise your chest wall to make your boobs perkier, but nothing will make them firmer. They're essentially sacs of fat and mammary glands, which are soft unless engorged with lactation fluid.

Work your pecs. But boobs aren't a muscle. They're lumps of fat. Working the muscle under them gives the illusion of them being perkier but it also burns fat so they may shrink.

Don't have breast implants. Those could infect your breasts and you could get in big trouble. Not with the law, but just your physical health. Besides, those are really expensive. You can exercise and make your breasts look bigger. Sometimes, they do get firmer.
