I don't want to take my antipsychotic anymore. What do I do?

I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, which is basically schizophrenia and bipolar together, but... it's a complicated diagnosis. Anyway, I really don't want to take my antipsychotic because even though it relaxes me a lot, I don't want to be relaxed because I have things that I NEED to be worried about. This is just making me vulnerable- very, very vulnerable. What do I do?

If your doctor diagnosed you with that disorder and prescribed you something then you should definitely be taking the medicine. It will help you, I know you may not think it is, but it is don't worry.

Listen to your doctor, if you don't like him or her, try another doctor but never go off your meds without consulting a doc.
