How can I get somewhat of a tones butt within a month?

Do any girls have any suggestions? My prom is at the end of next month, and the dress I bought was perfect for me... The only thing is that its tight on the bottom, and I have a flat butt! Any suggestions?

Start squating 3 times a week! Do 300 body squats (ass to grass babe!) each workout then the following weeks increase the squats by 100! Also do 200 glute kickbacks, and increase them by 100 as well

Hate to break this to you but with any training program you are not going to see any results until 3 weeks.

Running is your best option.

There are 2 ways of getting tone. Increase muscle mass, or reduce the protective coating you keep on your muscles.

If you were able to tone it from flat, it would get larger and that would be even tighter.
