If I loose 10 pounds will I see a difference in my arms and thighs as well?

So I have already lost 10 pounds from where i was. I was at 155 now I'm at 145. I've gone down a pant size. But my frustration is my thighs and my arms. I feel like my thighs are thunder thighs but everyone says they look fine. My arms are somewhat tone but still have fat I want gone. So if I loose another 10 pounds wil that allow me to loose some of my thigh and arm fat? And I am doing both arm and leg exercises along with regular exercises. Thanks for any replys!
