Haelaeix123 Follow Yoda Age: 28 +1 y Training your thighs will only serve to build muscle meaning if anything they'll get bigger. Not training them at all would actually serve better as tit would take a while but the muscle should deteriorate over time thereby reducing your thigh size. 0 0 Reply
