Help! How to stop binge-eating?

I've gotten into a habit of binge-eating quite regularly. It's gotten to a point where I consider it a eating disorder, sometimes forcing myself to throw up afterwards due to the feelings of shame and guilt as well as health concerns. It's quite frustrating since I'm quite health focused and would like to get numbers like my body fat percentage and cholestrol down. I'm a bit overweight and do have a sort of bad relationship with food, but every time I make progress this happens. I just feel like I'm in a bad cycle that I can't get out of :( Any advice?
