Anyway, this has virtually no impact on my weight. The key is a healthy diet. You're drinking wine, which is much less calories, so in my unqualified opinion... I don't think it'll interfere. Cheers

Yes but you won't like the answer. I know you don't drink beer but the answer is beer diet. It's a proven method of losing weight.
1 small meal a day and every other meal replaced with beer.
Doesn't work with ANY other form of alcoholic beverage.

drinking wine is fine, just keep it to a glass and you should be okay.
Yes, you can still lose weight while having alcohol in moderation (especially since you already excersice and eat healthy).
I have a glass or two or red wine everyday after work too. Like you, it's my may of unwinding and destressing from work.
