So sometimes I might use it before a workout, but in also might use it in place of breakfast because I take college classes and it's quick meal, I can put it in my backpack the washe it when I get home. Also I have ADHD so it's hard to focus, so sometimes if I use electrolytes it helps me with that and I take medication for ADHD. Lastly I'm trying to eat healthier I'm not used to eating healthy food, I'm used to having junk food.
There are several websites that have amazing recipes for protein shakes or just green drinks. I reccomebd making a peanut butter chocolate shake that has spinach in it and has powdered flavorless protein powder. My mom follows several healthy eating blogs that have great shake recipes on them.

Try hemp protein powder. Add brown rice syrup and berries. Avoid HFCS and agave. They lessen concentration.
