To drink it once a day and gain muscle and gain necessary amount of daily protein
But whey protein. It takes one gram of protein for every pound of muscle you have. Mix it in water or fruit juice. I use orange juice. I have also been adding oatmeal to the shake and some fruit like an apple or a handfull of blueberries.

2. What is your proposed workout plan like?
3. What is your current diet like?
4. Do you know what your macros are?

Nah you don't need to consult a doctor for every little thing.

Usually is. But yeah whoever it is, if you're gonna pay them, it's a waste of money unless you have severe issues.
