I'm sooo f*cking frustrated with getting toned! Were all my workouts a waste because I had to sit out and rest for two weeks due to a pulled muscle?

I was only lifting for a month until I pulled something in my quad when I was sprinting. It's almost fully healed and its two weeks later. all of this BS My body looks THE SAME as it would have if I've been a couch potato! so annoyed.

by the way idgaf about arms right now. my goal was to build a butt and legs and abs.
