I do want to be in shape and stay in shape. Most people do. I find this difficult to do unless I am getting something more than just physical fitness from exercise. I was able to stay in shape before COVID-19, because I did martial arts once a week. It was working out, but trained me in fighting. I have trouble dedicating myself to working out where I just go to a gym or pool to work. out, because the end goal is physical fitness.
When I walk my dog I listen music or audio books, otherwise I can't do it.
