Are diet pills/meal replacement protein shakes are worth it?

I am so desperate to lose weight faster even though I'm working hard at the gym. I hate this disgusting fat and I wish I can rip it off of me and shove it in the garbage disposal. I want my arms to be slim like a model's, legs toned like a soccer player's and my stomach to be flat as a board. I want my face to be thinner and sharper. I would literally do unhealthy habits to achieve my goals of being attractive and skinny. Maybe if I'm pretty and skinny, I can have friends or a boyfriend for once. I know my personality isn't rotten and I have the qualities of a good person, but it's simply not enough. No matter how much light I radiate through my personality and talents, it's just not enough.
