There is published science which shows that a Ginkgo biloba extract call EGb 761 can increase cognitive process by as much as 30 per cent.
It is sold as a product called Tebonin. I believe that it is available in the USA (which is where I assume that you are located).
I have been using it for a decade. I have noticed an improvement in recall and generalised cognitive process.
Those who have used it describe its effect as similar to a fog lifting.
It words by lowering the viscosity of the blood and making the blood cells more supple, so that they can fit down narrow vessels with greater ease. The effect is an enormous increase in blood perfusion throughout the brain.
To the best of my knowledge, no other Ginkgo biloba product has published peer-reviewed science to support the therapeutic claims that are made for it.
If you go to www.pubmed.com and use the search parameters EGb761 and Tebonin you should find plenty to read.
Beware of studies that claim that it is ineffective, because they were sponsored by big pharama and were designed to fail. It is an old trick that drug companies do to discredit natural medicines. The therapeutic dose has been shown to be 240mg per day. The trials that were sponsored by big pharma used sub-therapeutic doses, so, of course, they failed to show a result.
I should declare an interest, in that until four years ago I was responsible for regulatory compliance for Tebonin's Australian distributor.
You should also look at a product called Brain Force, which is marketed by infowars. com. There is no published science of which I am aware, but the anecdotal evidence has been supportive. I have ordered two bottles to find out for myself whether or not it is helpful.

Anything with caffeine in it. You can try energy drinks but it tends to make you crash since most of them are full of sugar.
