Mine too. I understand you very well. To sleep to forget for a while these troubles that are bothering you, close your eyes and dream any dreams. At least if you do this every night, you will never be sleep deprived and at least you will be away from your problems at night. You have to orient yourself by saying "fuck everyone and everything, just have a nice dream to sleep" whenever they come to mind.

Look into a magnesium supplement. I usually take it before sleep and helps me wind down & get a shut eye
I keep a rotation of stuff I've already seen a bunch of times on hand, my go-to is a folder of astronomy documentaries. I find if I have something interesting, but not new, playing in the background, I can pay more attention to that than my own thoughts, but not to the extent that It'll keep me interested enough to stay awake. It's kind of a fine line, but that's what works best for me.
