Running/jogging helps me deal with stress and release tons of it.
Sometimes exercise too but I usually stick to running.
Things I dont do when stressed is drinking, smoking or taking it out on other people. Now if Im down or depressed for some reason, drawing or writing help me greatly, specially writing since it helps me reflect on some things.
Music is probably one of the most important ones, it helps too.
Plus talking to others about it.

I make a plan of what i need to get done and when, so i feel like i have a little structure in my life. I also listen to music, read a good book and taking a run helps a lot.
I usually exercise. Works wonders for me but isn't that great because I tend to not eat when I'm stressed so I always lose too much weight during those times.

I swim because I find having to concentrate on breathing is all consuming of my mental capacity to think. So it clears my mind.
I have to swim hard to make myself constantly short of breath but it works for 45 minutes.Exercise, gym or walk or swim. Something to occupy you, release the energy while your brain processes it.
Xbox, junk food, and exercise. That's pretty much all I need in life.
