The front of those pill bottles usually say it's clinically proven to help you lose weight or some shit like that. On the back it says: MAY assist losing weight ALONG WITH a healthy diet and exercise.

You could try PGX or something like that... it's a synthetic consumable fibre product that takes your body a long time to process, so you feel fuller. At least that's how it's supposed to work, never tried it myself so can't give honest opinion. The very most these products can do is help you a tiny bit.
