Why am I not losing weight?

I have been working out 5-6 days a week with a mix of cardio (15-25 min depending on the day) and weight lifting. I'm usually at the gym for at least an hour every day. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. I've removed fast food and sodas out of my diet. And yet I can't seem to lose any weight! It's so frustrating when you bust your butt and get on the scale and see nothing's changed. Any suggestions?

Sorry! I've forgot to put in how long I've been doing this. It's been about 6 weeks. I've lost a total of 3 pounds in 6 weeks with no change in the last two weeks. I've even tried switching up my cardio to running intervals
