well some people with fat metabolisms already have difficulty keeping weight on. they might think working out will just make it harder., its not true though bc if you work out something small like 20 minutes a day its good for your heart but won't burn much.
i think you either enjoy being active or you dont. even when I'm really thin i love exercise, but i have worried about inadvertently losing weight. i have done less than i wanted. bc of that. can't think I'm the only one with that concern. other people anew just not interested in moving and they think its ok bc thin.

Well... I think the main motivating factor for the majority of people to start working out and continue to do so is to maintain their figure. To stay looking good.
If you're already naturally thin and under the age of 30, I'm sure most will have many things as a higher priority than maximizing their heart health. Also, you could ask the same question as to why many people who are morbidly obese think it's fine to never work out.
Because most people equate thin with healthy and fit, even if those thin people can''t run a mile or lift their own body weight... I've seen fat people walk over 20 miles, and thin people tell me they would never go further than 2 miles, that's just not for them. It's too much. So long as society rewards them for being an ectomorph, they'll keep taking the free rewards.
Laziness and lack of standards I guess. Maybe the people that try to get by with just doing the minimum effort.

Yeah, exercise is definitely not something only fat people need to do. It will help you to stay healthy and there are so many benefits that come out of exercising. Some people are just conceited and think they look perfect already, but it will all catch up with them later.
I agree with you. I guess some people think that because usually we do exercise to lose weight.
And when someone is already thin, that person doesn't need to lose weight.Because they think they will have that fast metabolism their whole lives. Eventually, they'll start gaining weight and losing their figure, and it will be harder for them to lose that weight the older they get.
They feel like they can be lazy since they're naturally skinny. Though fail to realize that will fuck them over when they become older.
Because most people only work out to look good, they don't think of the health benefits and they're lazy.
People easily correlate low fat with healthy. There is some correlation between the two but not more than 'some'.
I don't know I am naturally thin but I still work out
Yeah i agree, but what can you do. I mean it's their life at the end. :/
