I have been diagnosed with mild bipolar - I probably have a couple of mild mental health problems but when I go off the rails they all hit at once compounded by stupid behaviour - It takes a while to recover.
Physically it is probably connected to the mental health but I am real strict maybe because of the bipolar. So I have times where I am super healthy and fit but as I get nearer to that perfect well oiled machine, it is usually a sign a crash is just around the corner and it all goes to shit again. It is probably not that healthy to go from healthy to shit and back again so often.
Right now I have an eating disorder that I'm trying to recover from. My health is nothing too serious compared to how it was back then, thank goodness.
During my late childhood I suffered from a poor immune system. I had asthma when I was 11. I remember not being able to breath one night. Worst of all was a disease I experienced about 14 years ago called Meningitis.
Sleep Apnea😢😔 it's not fun at all to wake up gasping for air.

(That last one sounds scary as shit but it basically just means i can, Almost 'write' on my skin, Its hard to explain, Google image it, Haha, Basically anything that scratches my skin with pressure will, essneitally leave a mark for like 10-30 minutes).Hydrocephalus from birth with brain bleed and many other sicknesses I had at birth. However, I only have this one now. The secondary effects of hydrocephalus is having a high functioning (slight) aspergers. In the worse of cases, the person can become paralitic. So from when I was born to when I was like 2, every week I had to have blood tests and so on. I ended up being one of the most fortunate.
