Keeping my health problems oblivious to parents?

I need to see a doctor desperately-- probably have a minor surgery, but I don't want to tell my parents (we don't have a good relationship) yet they'll get the insurance information (mail, email, etc.).

I'm 18+ so is there a way for me go without them completely knowing? I don't want to spend all of my money having to pay cash, as mentioned before; my relationship with my parents is rough and I need to move out ASAP.

I'm in a lot of pain, but I'd rather suffer through it till the day I day rather than tell them squat about my issue (s).

You should tell your parents ASAP irrespective of what you think they'll now say since you said they'd find out eventually anyway. Our parents love us more than we think even when we've done things that didn't meet their expectations. They know much more than we do and that knowledge may help you get through the problem you're now facing much better than if you let them find out you how little you trust them and what you did behind their backs that could have life-long implications. You never want to burn your bridges because you never know when you'll want/need to go back and travel on that bridge again to retreat and make it good with your parents once more. Someday they may be your only lifeline. Also, they may forgive you for what you've done that you don't want them to know right now. Unless you're afraid of your parents inflicting physical pain too great for you to handle, I think your better option is sticking it out and facing the music and just fessing up to them and asking for their forgiveness. You said you need to see a doctor desperately so just know that you telling your parents won't stop you from seeing a doctor, and you'll be able to see one just as soon whether you tell your parents or not. Since they're going to find out either way, then I say it'd be much better for both of you if they know sooner rather than later. Maybe in someway their involvement now will help you through with what you're facing, and it sounds to me like you need all the help you can get. So just bite your tongue and face now what you'll have to face eventually anyway because doing so will make your life much better in the long run, and quite possibly right now too. Good luck!

If you can't afford to pay cash, or want to use their insurance, you may tell the intake people that you don't have insurance or are low income. You may qualify for charity you could also apply for insurance if you are in the U. S. under the affordable care act, and receive your own policy due to being over 18 and having little to no income. You'll have to decide what to do, but there are options.
