Fast fat loss help me please?

Im 38 inches round my hips 29 on my waist and 38 round my boobs but still not happy I feel I should loose fat and replace with muscle no I don't want to be a fake b! tch lol just want to be my hourglass shape but a fue inches smaller any help is appreciated :-)

There is no such thing as "fast weight loss". You have to be patient because it takes time, a lot of time. Now, if you're ready to be patient, start exercising two to three times a week for an hour and start eating healthier. Do not starve yourself. Eat things you like to eat, but in smaller quantities. Drink a lot of water.

Get a body wrap or a waist trainer, the ones you can workout in. While your wrap or trainer is on run for a mile and do 100 squates 50 lunges on each leg. Do not drink any calories and do this everyday for a month.

And die in the process lol... I haven't worked out in a long time I had a bad year. I skip for 15 minutes a day and eat and drink no sugar at all. I can't run long distance as my asma holds me back, finding it impossible to Burn off these last fue inches

... that was the pre workout to help you for the real shit next month lol. Either run, row, or airdyne/assault bike for 30 minutes with 25second sprints ever 4.45 minutes.

eat clean, drink loads of water, HIIT x2 per day (3-4 days per week), or mix of cardio and weight training (also 3-4 days per week).
