Why does my doctor deny me health care?

I have a rare disease called Hidradentis Supperativa and she keeps turning me away because "I don't look that sick". I can't even set up an appointment to have my ears flushed from so much ear wax build up I'm deaf!
I rely on my parents for transportation since we're poor and can't afford drivers ed. So I can't just switch doctors

Hidradentis Supperativa isn't that rare by the way, but what treatments are you being denied. You can flush your ears out yourself I the shower. Just take a warm shower and turn your head to let the water run into your ears for a few minutes each day. It will sound loud, but unless you go crazy it won't hurt you. After a week or so, the wax will be gone.

I go in, tell her what's going on à she tells me I'm fine without even looking at me. I've tried doing that with the shower, but myears just get water logged.

You may think your ears are getting waterlogged, but after a few days, it'll work. Do you have health insurance?

Yeah, health insurance pays for appointments.

Then you can get another doctor. That said, most teenage girls have a lot of somatic complaints that don't really mean anything.
