In the form of not wanting to pay for it. Which to that I’ll add I’ve seen insurance companies refuse to pay for treatment rather than actually covering even half of it.




Insurance companies are becoming more stingy, then again, the medical industry is also becoming more greedy. So the solution is to crack down on the schools…




These hospitals and clinics charge astronomical prices because all their employees want and expect a very high wage, and this is a direct result of medical school being very expensive

The government is very cheap.

I have talked to people that their insurance is medicare or medicaid. Which are insurances that are tax payer funded. And the insurances hardly cover anything, basically if you happen to go to the ER. You’re fucked.

It just clicked right now that VA coverage is government care and I actually know a guy that was literally left to die by them. I'm now wondering if anyone in his family had thought about killing the head of the VA over it 🤔

I guess you mean like countries that have universal healthcare that is paid through taxes in a social system society like Canada or Britain, they might refuse if they don’t think it’s necessary but you also will wait longer for special treatments

I have never been denied treatment but when they requested a medical test for me for non emergency reasons to clarify that no new health issues had arrived since my surgery 20 years ago, I had to wait almost a year for the scheduled test to happen because my situation was considered low risk. I know somebody else who had the same test for important reasons, and they had to wait 3 months for their test.

United Healthcare is not government healthcare, it is top-level coverage that companies and people pay a lot of money for.

Sure. If you want a non-American source, just look to China. In China if you help anyone, you become liable for their health bills. So government workers in medical facilities will only do what you can prove that you can pay for. If you can't prove that you can pay for it before they do it, they will refuse to give treatment, because then they would have to pay your bull. If you can't pay your bills they just kill you.

You literally have to pay to get an appointment with a doctor and then get in line. You could have already paid for your appointment and still have to wait days to be seen. Then once the Chinese doctor evaluates you, they will prescribe diagnostic procedures like blood tests, MRI, etc. to diagnose you. Then you have to go to other sections of the hospital and pay for the procedure before they will do it. It's pretty crazy... Lots of up front payments and waiting in line.
