Should I make a complaint against my doctor?

I was speaking to my doctor for 8 minutes on the phone then suddenly she said can she cut the call and I said sorry why? And she said because she's going over the time, she's spoken to so many patients and it's too much. I have to make another appointment then she said bye and put the phone down

She was meant to finish at 5.30 and it was past that time

Report her for what? I am followed by two dozen doctors and specialists If I had a dollar for every time I was cut off I would have my Porsche 911. You do not ask a doctor why they have to go. They have a set amount of time they have to see patients. Most patients get in the office and they ramble so much that the doctor feels like they have heard every thing they need in order to provide care for that patient. Professional patients know how to interact with medical professionals because we have so much going on. When you change how you interact with a doctor you will command respect. I know I done.

I told her at the beginning there were two things wrong. There is no face to face appointments everything is in person. It takes several weeks just to get an appointment in England. It's really really bad here. She was talking for most of the phone call about why I'm coughing up white phlegm for months so she referred me to a specialist. The second thing was my gallbladder and she didn't have time to put the referral through and said I have to call back. That was 3 weeks ago and there are still no appointments available.

For you, you want treated or something, to talk about something.
For them, they have probably been on calls from 8am and it's a long day.

However, patient care must come first so I think it is against their duty of care. It's their fault they made the appointment.

No she left the office after this. I was her last. She just wanted to go home and she was speaking to people all day

Because I was in the middle of talking and was asking for her to refer me for a scan and that's when she said that. She referred me for a chest xray but not a gallbladder scan
