I have an urgent medical problem that needs treating ASAP: my balls burn like crazy?

I ignored the warning label and used a hair removal spray on my testicals. Even though it did remove all the hair my balls are now constantly burning. It's as bad as if you were to pour rubbing alcohol on an open wound. Even worse is that they also have a tendency to "stick" to things when I sit down or lie down or they even stick to my pants. When I try to get up the skin tears off a small piece while I'm prying the ball skin off, it is the worst pain ever.

Is there any salve, lotion or method to reduce the pain? by the way I can't go to my doctor about this cause it takes at least a week to make an appointment with him.

Go to an urgent care center. Call around, they have them at most health care centers. In the meantime, wash them again thoroughly but gently with soap and water, rinse completely, and then soak in slightly cool water with one teaspoon of salt.

Holy fucker now that is a hard lesson learned. Take a luke warm bath maybe then use some corn starch powder. Good luck man

Went away, but only after applying aloe vera lotion several times. Which was even more painful and burned like Satan's BBQ.

It went away on its own. I didn't need a doctors visit or er. I only picked you for MHG because I always pick the answer with the lowest MHO percentage.

just pour some powder on it so it won't get stick, or use any skin lotion on it, or any cream

You'll be fine. I did the same some years back. I just tougher it out. It went away after a few hours.
